Case Studies

Provided are just a few examples of our track record of overcoming obstacles, challenges, and complexities.

Comprehensive enterprise data management

An organization was in need of a vendor agnostic, enterprise-wide data cataloging tool to create a true data library, in an effort to improve transparency, accessibility, and visibility of available data resources. We created a comprehensive suite of Microsoft Power Platform applications and SharePoint environment to identify personnel, create data source registries, and collect over 150 metadata fields related to operational, technical, and financial domains. These tools enabled the organization to get a true picture of its data sources and eliminate information silos.

Implementing form and function in technology.

Technology has an inherent need to ensure its tools are user-friendly, intuitive, and attuned to the organization’s needs. In our design process, we incorporated industry-established navigation tools, automation features, built-in user feedback mechanisms and notifications, and language translation functions, all with aesthetics aligned with the organization.  By incorporating optimal and integrated design along with key visual graphics, storyboards, and process maps, the organization saw increased user engagement metrics and positive user feedback reviews, thereby improving chances for sustained interest, growth, and utilization.

Keeping it all organized and enabling quick, accurate data queries.

File migration and querying activities can be cumbersome and time-consuming. Our team created a way to automatically identify duplicate and redundant files that helped to streamline and reduce unnecessary file storage use by over 50%.

We also implemented toolsets to automatically classify metadata using enhanced natural language taxonomies and workflows, significantly reducing time spent on querying file stores.  This advanced data crawling capability enabled one organization to significantly reduce a backlog of case record disputes from several months down to just several days.

Continuity is the key to sustainment.

While processes involving advanced technological capabilities are easy to set up, they can be hard to maintain without the right documentation and training. In addition to live demonstrations, our team created and maintained accessible operating procedures, release notes, and tutorials throughout the process. The organization was able to reduce the risk of errors by ensuring standardized reference material was readily available.

The best way to predict the future is to create it.
